Job Fair comes back to the convention

The 2017 Job Fair, hosted by the Colorado Press Association, is slated for 2:30-4:45 p.m. April 21, as part of the CPA's annual convention, which is held at the Denver West Sheraton.

Prior to the Job Fair, Noelle Levitt Riley, editor of the Craig Daily Press, will be conducting a presentation on, “How to interview for a Journalism Job," from 1:15-2:30 p.m.

About the Job Fair:

The Job Fair will allow you to interview with some of Colorado’s best news media organizations.

This is your chance to put yourself out there - bring your clips, portfolio, resume or anything else you’d like to get into the hands of some of the state’s top editors, photographers, multimedia directors and hiring managers.

This is a unique opportunity to talk to industry leaders about your future, whether you’re looking for an internship, a job, or just to tighten up your interview skills.

Cost to attend:

Attending the Job Fair and Riley's presentation is free. Other CPA convention events are not. Students who to attend more than the job fair are eligible for discounted rates.
