We’ve all seen tough decisions come down to our newsrooms this year. Using the 80-20 principle, we’ll talk about how to make smart decisions about what we’re not covering (the 80-20 principle: 80 percent of your traffic comes from 20 percent of your stories). This will enable you to focus on moving the needle in areas you and your audience are passionate about.
