Space is limited due to capacity limitations at conference facilities. We will likely sell out of convention passes and awards reception passes.
The full convention pass includes access to the opening session on Thursday afternoon, all sessions on Friday and Saturday, Thursday evening’s opening reception, Friday evening’s social (with trivia and a brewpub tour), and Saturday’s award ceremony at Coors Field (which also comes with private tours). This also includes light breakfasts on Friday and Saturday, lunches on Friday and Saturday, and snacks and beverages throughout the conference. It does not include dinners, although each night (Thursday through Saturday includes evening hors d’oeuvres (which may prove sufficient for many).
Student registration for the college and career mini-conference on Saturday, September 17, will open in late August.
Early registration ends August 31. Regular registration ends September 14.
Student tickets will go on sale closer to the convention.
Editors and publishers of publications primarily serving underrepresented communities should reach out to CPA for a special offer.
When you register, you will able to chose member and non-member registrations for either an all-access pass or award ceremony only. If you chose a member pass to either, please list your member organization (unless you’re an individual member). We will validate membership after you register.
When registering for an all-access pass, you will be asked to add sessions for the kick-off + reception, Friday-night social, and awards ceremony at Coors Field. Add each that you plan to attend so that we have an accurate estimate. If you subsequently cannot attend, or want to add one of those sessions, contact CPA.
