Tim Regan-Porter became CEO of the Colorado Press Association in 2020 and leads the association’s work in advocacy, revenue development, member services, innovation and industry partnerships. He is passionate about strengthening local journalism and helping news organizations adapt to a rapidly changing media landscape.
Before joining CPA, Tim held leadership roles in journalism, media entrepreneurship, technology and higher education. He was a John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford University, founding executive director of the Center for Collaborative Journalism, president and co-founder of Paste magazine, and a newsroom leader with McClatchy. Earlier in his career, he worked in software development and technology leadership, including with IBM.
Tim is a frequent speaker on local news sustainability, innovation, revenue strategy and emerging technology, and hosts the Local News Matters podcast.
Randia Toledo, Director of Operations
Randia joined the Colorado Press Network in 2017 and has become a trusted resource for clients, members and colleagues across the Colorado Press Association ecosystem. She works closely with advertisers, publishers and partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met and projects move efficiently from planning through execution.
As director of operations, Randia helps coordinate activities across sales, membership, events and advocacy efforts. Her background in advertising, client services and project management gives her a unique ability to connect people, solve problems and keep complex initiatives moving forward. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail and commitment to customer service, Randia is often the first person clients and members turn to when they need help navigating CPA and CPN programs and services.
Terri glassman, director of strategic partnerships & revenue
Terri Glassman joined the Colorado Press Association and Colorado Press Network in 2026 as director of strategic partnerships and revenue. She leads efforts to grow advertising, sponsorship and partnership opportunities that generate new revenue for Colorado news organizations while helping businesses connect with engaged local audiences across the state.
A Colorado native with more than two decades of experience in media sales, business development and integrated marketing, Terri has worked with businesses, agencies, nonprofits and community organizations to build impactful campaigns and long-term partnerships. She is passionate about supporting strong local journalism and helping organizations tell their stories through trusted media brands.

Throughout her career, Terri has worked closely with Colorado businesses, agencies, nonprofits and community organizations to develop high-impact campaigns and long-term partnerships.
